I finally got myself a new tabletop oven and I couldn't wait to get down to baking!First on the list would be these lovely melt-in-you-mouth green pea cookies.
They are quite crumbly like shortbread, less dense a texture, and with the intense green pea flavour that fills all your senses as it melts all too quickly.
